Why did you join 40TUDE?

"I joined 40Tude to make a difference in local businesses affected by COVID-19. When COVID-19 started, family-owned businesses were impacted to a higher degree than larger corporations. My goal was to give them a chance during these unprecedented times. My skill is programming websites, and a strong business needs an online home. I hope that with my skill set, these businesses could continue to operate during the lockdown."

What is your favorite part about working with the team?

"Everyone on my team has a different background and unique approaches to solve problems. As a team, we can accomplish greater challenges than I could while working solo. The team's motivation drives our operations to complete our objective."

What skills have you learned while being on the 40TUDE team?

"I expanded my teamwork and leadership skills while working with 40Tude. New members with diverse skillsets offered new insights on previous issues that I attempted. With their expertise, we bridged gaps that were prohibiting the overall goal. Similarly, I offered my expertise to solve technical problems."
